Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Inspect Pro platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Inspect Pro is a vehicle inspection management platform that enables automotive shops to create digital inspection checklists, capture photo evidence, generate PDF reports, and maintain compliance with state inspection regulations. The platform is provided on a subscription basis via web and mobile interfaces.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Access to Inspect Pro requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written consent

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology comprising the Inspect Pro platform are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. You retain ownership of all inspection data you create through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspect Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
